What we collect
When you order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the items you order, your pickup date and window, and any note you add. If you check the box to hear from us, we also keep that choice. We do not store your card number. Card payments are handled by Stripe.
How we use it
We use your details to bake and hand over your order, to email your confirmation and pickup address, to text you about pickup if needed, and to keep order records for taxes and accounting. If you opt in, we may send you news about open pickup dates and new bakes. You can opt out at any time.
Who handles it
We use service providers to run the shop: web hosting, email delivery and payment processing through Stripe. Zelle and Venmo payments are processed by your bank or Venmo. These providers only get what they need to do their job. We do not sell your information.
Cookies
The shop uses cookies needed for your cart and checkout to work, and may use basic analytics to see how many people visit.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete your information, or to stop emails, write to info@thebakekeeper.com. We keep order records as long as the law requires for business and tax purposes.
